บริษัท เวิลด์ฟู้ด แอนด์ เคมีคอล จำกัด ตั้งอยู่ที่ อาคาร SSP TOWER2 ถ. ณ ระนอง เขตคลองเตย กทม. ก่อตั้งเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2545 บริษัทฯเริ่มต้นโดยการจำหน่ายเคมีภัณฑ์อาหาร (Food additives) ให้แก่ผู้ผลิตในภาคอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร และ ได้ขยายกิจการสู่ เคมีภัณฑ์อาหารสัตว์ (Feed additives) และ เคมีภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (Industrial Chemicals) ปัจจุบันบริษัทมีคลังสินค้า 3 แห่ง เพื่อรองรับการจำหน่ายสินค้ามากกว่า 20,000 ตัน/ปี

ที่ผ่านมา บริษัทฯ เป็นผู้นำเข้าเคมีภัณฑ์โดยตรงจากโรงงานผู้ผลิตที่มีมาตรฐานเป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับสากลและมีการบริการลูกค้าอย่างครบวงจร บริษัทฯจึงได้รับความไว้วางใจทั้งจากพันธมิตรในต่างประเทศและจากลูกค้าโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมชั้นนำต่างๆของไทย
